Atlantic: While Pittsburgh looks to end the season with a winning record heading into the playoffs, Washing and New Jersey battle it out for one more week to see who wins the division and gets that second seed and first round bye.

Southern: Four teams battle for three spots. Tampa and Birmingham both have a shot at the division lead, while Tampa, Birmingham, Memphis, and Jacksonville all are within a game of each other for the wild cards spots.

Central: Houston wrapped up the division in spite of a loss in week 17. Chicago and Michigan wrapped up their spots with Chicago guaranteed the third spot. Michigan must wait until next week to know their seeding.

Pacific: Likewise, Arizona won the division. Denver and Oakland battle with Michigan for the 4th through 6th wildcard seed. Week 18 promises to be a wild ride.
