
Jacksonville when into Oklahoma and defeated the Outlaws soundly, 39-14. Quarterback Robbie Mahfouz accounted for 2 of the Bulls touchdowns. They added three other rushing touchdowns in the game. The Bulls dominated the game, rushing for over 200 yards and passing for almost 350. They also held the Outlaws to under 300 yards total.
Oklahoma took a 7-0 lead about halfway through the first quarter. Jacksonville then scored 39 points before quarterback Doug Williams threw a touchdown pass in the last minute to set up the final score. Oklahoma’s struggles and frustration continue.
