Chicago Blitz 22, Washington Federals 6

Chicago pushed their record to 5-1 on the season with a victory over the Federals. Quarterback Greg Landry accounted for the three touchdowns with passes. The Chicago defense held them to 228 yards and turned the ball over 5 times. They allowed only two field goals to the Federals.

In spite of the loss, Washington remains 4-2 and in decent position after a third of the season has been played. A minor speed bump in the early season that they can easily overcome and punch their ticket to the postseason.
