Chicago walloped Oklahoma on Saturday. They took a 14-0 lead on two Tim Spencer touchdown runs before Oklahoma fought back to a 14-10 deficit. Chicago took over oin the second half, scoring three unanswered touchdowns. Two of them were passes from quarterback Greg Landry.
Oklahoma simply didn’t have the firepower to match the Blitz. They also hurt their cause by turning the ball over four times in the game. Quarterback Doug Williams threw 2 interceptions. He also tossed 3 touchdowns to WR Al Williams and maybe showed that they have something with the two players.
