Birmingham continued their stellar late season play by defeating Philadelphia 13-9. Cornelius Quarles scored the first touchdown for Birmingham. Reggie Collier threw another with less than two minutes left to take the lead.
Philadelphia got two possessions in the game to score the winning touchdown. The first ended with an interception. They turned the ball over on downs on the second. While this season was a disappointment for a Philadelphia team that had title hopes, they can end with a .500 record if they win next week.
