Washington Federals 16, Michigan Panthers 28

Michigan cruised to their 16th straight win over Washington to close out Week 16. Likely defensive MVP John Corker kicked off the scoring with a safety in the first quarter. Michigan never looked back after that. They rushed for two touchdowns in the game. The win secures their spot in the playoffs as central division champion.

Washington fell to 4-12 on the season, tied for last place in the east with New Jersey. Running back James Mayberry filled in nicely, scoring two touchdowns in the game. However, quarterback Craig Hohensee continued to struggle, throwing 3 interceptions in the game.
