Michigan annihilated Arizona Saturday afternoon to remain undefeated. They built a 31-0 lead and never trailed, leading by as much as 41 points in the second half. Quarterback Bobby Hebert threw 4 touchdowns and running back Ken Lacy added two more.
Arizona quarterback Alan Risher threw three touchdowns of his own, but there was nothing stopping Michigan, who became the second team this season to score 59 points. The loss leaves Arizona wondering when, or maybe if, they will ever win again this year.
