Birmingham pulled off the upset of the early season, beating previously unbeaten Chicago this afternoon. Like Michigan, Chicago looked undefeatable until QB Bobby Lane and the Stallions offense took advantage of two interceptions by CB Emmanuel Thompson.
Chicago managed only a 4th quarter touchdown by RB Kevin Long to pull within a touchdown. Lane and the Stallions closed out the game in the closing minutes with a touchdown pass of his own. The Blitz look to get back in the win column and keep pace with those red hot Panthers. The Stallions will try to keep their winning ways against Denver.
